How I Went From Debilitating Self-Doubt to Limitless Self-Love

Ever since I was a kid, I always tried to be a good person. I was courteous, compassionate, and hard-working….because I thought that living out these virtues would make people like me.  


And if people liked me, then I would be successful. I’d have a lot of friends. I’d get promoted. Men would line up to date me. And all this success would make me very happy. 


But I learned the hard way that you can’t be happy with your life until you’re happy with yourself.  

And you can’t be happy with yourself unless:

  • You know what makes you unique (aka your superpowers) and thus don’t compare yourself to other people
  • You love all your emotions (even the ugly ones!) – and you can use them to empower you, rather than overwhelm you
  • You adore every damn inch of your body – no matter what you look like!
  • You forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made in the past (and the ones that you still make today)
  • You live according to your values and…

To learn how to do all this… I invested a lot. I mean literally, hundreds of thousands of dollars.  For over a decade, I studied with the top psychologists, wellness experts and spiritual teachers from New York to India.

About Me, And Why I’m Confident I Can Help You:

I'm a holistic life coach based in Brooklyn, New York. I’ve got a Masters from Columbia University, New York and I’m an ex-therapist, a certified yoga teacher, a meditation instructor, a nutrition counselor, and published author.


But none of that really matters because that’s just what I am, not who I am. Here’s the real deal: like you, I used to be an over-anxious, depressed and under-confident woman, hiding behind a lot of masks, makeup, and medication. I was outwardly “successful” but inwardly miserable; and I was always looking for the magic bullet solution to “fix myself,” which was an exhausting and endless experience.


So instead, I committed to a new path: L-O-V-E. Not just the “woo woo” stuff, but the hard, practical tools and skills that allow me to treat myself with respect, stand by my deepest values, and process difficult feelings with integrity. Walking this path wasn’t easy in the beginning, but it led me to the most gorgeous destination: these days, I’m wildly fulfilled, abundantly energetic, and totally ready for anything life throws at me.

Who else will be in this program?

Happy With Myself attracts a special kind of woman. She has worlds of potential and mountains of passion. She’s been overburdened by insecurity, guilt, and fear…but now, she’s ready to unleash her best self onto the world.

Most women in the program are between the ages of 22 to 40. Some are single, some are hitched. And we’re always a mix of cultures, sexual identities, and backgrounds.

Is this like group therapy?

Happy With Myself is incredibly therapeutic, but it’s nothing like therapy. We are action-oriented. We are solution focused. We meditate. We move our bodies. We go out in the world and face our fears together. We’re constantly in touch - making sure to be there for one another in those critical moments. While typical therapy is a space for exploration, this program is a lab of personal transformation. It’s a short-term program with long-term results.

Where and when will we be meeting?

The course officially starts on Saturday, March 23rd 2019 and we will meet every Saturday for 8 weeks from 2pm to 4pm.

Half of our experiences will be held at my office in Crown Heights, Brooklyn (right off the 2/3 and 4/5 subway lines). The other half will be held in various places around Brooklyn or Manhattan. Every meeting location is accessible by subway.

What if I can’t make it to one of the sessions?

If you can’t make it to one of the experiences, we’ll have a detailed discussion about what you missed. I’ll also give you the exact exercises, tools and skills we practiced - so you can do them on your own time. Plus, you’ll still have 24/7 access to our Support Circle, so you can always ask questions and get answers when you need it most.

But the most important thing to remember here is that this program isn’t necessarily about making it to every session or perfecting every skill. It’s about committing to change. It’s about showing up for yourself consistently. And it’s about being part of a community of women who believe in you. That is the context in which transformation really happens.
