Who I help

I provide highly-effective support for people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My clients are successful professionals who feel increasingly out of control of their lives and disconnected from their joyful, true selves.

Many of my clients are people who have tried self-help books and ‘traditional’ talk therapy in the past, and are now looking for more solution-focused support. Many are also seeking to wean themselves off medication, and transition to more natural ways of managing their well-being.

How I help

Because anxiety and depression affect your mind, body, and emotions, the cure requires a comprehensive approach. My approach, therefore, blends cutting-edge modern psychotherapy with ancient mind-body practices for an extremely effective and empowering treatment.

As a supportive partner in your recovery, I’ll help you understand the origins of your struggle and work with you to overcome your negative thoughts and emotions. In addition to constructive conversation, together we will practice various breathing techniques and meditations to relax and soothe your body and mind, and use yoga to reduce the impact of stress and pain. We will identify opportunities for growth and connection, and build a practical plan to fulfill them.

We may also invoke reiki, massage, and art/nature therapy, creating a uniquely tailored treatment that works specifically for your needs.

Using this holistic approach, you’ll drastically improve your life by learning how to enjoy the present moment, change your negative thought patterns, and build relationships that support and nourish you.

As an MSW from Columbia, I have a thorough understanding of how the brain works, and the ways in which our thought patterns and beliefs can influence our lives. I combine those insights with my 5-year training in yoga, meditation and health sciences from India, as well as all the wisdom I’ve gained from starting 3 companies around the world. I bring this comprehensive set of tools to our work, making sure I can help you design a life you love from the inside all the way out.
