One-on-one work with me is called an Intensive because IT’S INTENSE.

After each session, you’ll get a long note from me summarizing the insights and action items from our conversation. You’ll be implementing the tools and practices you’ve learned on a daily basis, and you’ll come prepared with evaluations of what’s working and where you need more support. You’ll be held accountable to the promises you make to yourself in our sessions, and you’ll be sharing your journey with a committed community.

Sometimes we’ll talk strategy, but other times, our sessions will be extremely practical, and I’ll be with you (on the phone or in person) as you take on challenges, put yourself out there, and start doing things differently.

We will leave no area of your life unturned: your mindset, you diet, your relationships, your career, your home…even your posture will be designed to support your wellness and contentment.

Then, if we decide we’re a good match, we’ll figure out the best way that I can support you going forward. We’ll design an Intensive that’s customized to the kind of support you need to guarantee results.

And if we’re not a good match, or you’ve got all the clarity you needed, then you’ll go your way and I’ll go mine, and we’ll probably be friends for life anyway. That’s just kinda what happens in my world 🙂 .
